This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced clinical team in delivering high quality treatment journey to our patients in a brand new, spectacular purpose built practice.</p><p>We are looking for a passionate & forward-thinking Dental Hygienist who is able to build long term relationships with patients. You will have access to high quality equipment and materials, and work within a supportive environment in a fresh and modern surgery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Carry out a high-quality dental hygiene treatment under the prescription of a dentist in line with current legislation and regulations</li><li>Following practice policies & procedures at all times in line with GDC guidelines</li><li>Ensure that the required professional indemnity and insurance are in place and that all necessary CPD is undertaken</li><li>Promote, establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team</li><li>Liaising with the practice partner on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions</li><li>Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work</li></ul><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Experience</h3><ul><li>Valid GDC registration – ideally with 2 years’ experience working as a hygienist in the UK</li><li>Valid Immunisations (Hep B)</li><li>Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required) & full indemnity cover</li><li>Able to deliver a fantastic patient journey & ensure our patients have a positive experience in practice</li><li>Experience in offering advanced treatments such as airflow & GBT are also desirable</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Highly competitive remuneration circa 35% is on offer subject to experience level</li><li>Clinically led practices, ensuring high quality equipment, air flow & materials</li><li>Regular team social events to show our appreciation - we have a rating of 4.7/5 on indeed reviews</li><li>Support of a great partner & manager, chairside support & a highly organised front-desk</li><li>Regular training opportunities, such as annual patient journey training for the full practice, and places on our hygiene academy</li><li>Great deal of opportunities as the business expands and progresses</li></ul></div>
