Job Description
1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for Home Instead clients
2. Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
3. Assist with meal preparation when required in your role as a Care Assistant
4. Help clients with medication
5. Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients
6. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
7. Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
8. Maintain accurate records of care provided
9. Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in care
Qualifications
10. Own vehicle and valid UK driving licence
11. Willingness to undergo a DBS check
12. Basic literacy and numeracy skills
13. Excellent communication skills and a caring nature
14. Reliability, patience, and empathy

15. Drivers preferred – many clients require transport to appointments
16. Must be able to work in and around Norwich
17. Must have the right to work in the UK
18. Must hold an Enhanced DBS and be registered on the DBS Update Service
19. Please note: We do not hold a sponsorship licence
20. Previous care experience needed – compassion and reliability are key
