We are seeking an experienced Architect with 3+ years’ post qualification experience. Based in our vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you’ll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.
Responsibilities
You’ll take a leading role in managing the full construction lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects across a variety of sectors. From managing personnel to applying your exceptional technical skills, this is a chance to lead with impact and innovation.

What we’re looking for
3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
Proficient in using Revit.
Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.
Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
Solid understanding of legal frameworks concerning contracts, regulations, building codes, and compliance.
