Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
* Maintain an organised office environment by keeping supplies stocked and workspaces tidy.
* Support team members with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Experience
* Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
