Salary: BG7 equivalent ££26,824-£28,142 pro rata plus First Aid Allowance

The Governors of this outstanding Catholic 11–16 school are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to provide first class front-of-house reception duties and essential administrative support within a busy school office.
You will:
1. Organise and provide comprehensive, high quality administrative support across the school.
2. Respond effectively to queries – written, telephone and face-to-face.
3. Use standard PC software for correspondence, spreadsheets/data and reports.
4. Provide general office duties – post, filing, stationery, some cash handling and reception cover.
5. Report to the Office Manager.
6. Be First Aid trained or willing to learn.

8. Empathetic – able to build a rapport with both adults and with students of all ages, ability background.
