What You’ll Do:
* Own and deliver large-scale sustainability projects
* Manage and mentor project teams
* Lead client workshops and strategy sessions
* Conduct energy modelling, carbon analysis, and performance simulations
* Develop cutting-edge sustainability and energy strategies
What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ years in UK consultancy (sustainability/engineering)
* Strong technical skills in energy modelling and net zero strategies
* Experience with IES software (3+ years)
* A degree in a relevant field and a passion for sustainable solutions
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
