What You'll Be Doing
* Day‑to‑day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
* Preparing service charge budgets and handling reconciliations
* Managing rent collection, arrears and lease events
* Carrying out property inspections and keeping everything compliant
* Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned/reactive maintenance
* Spotting and delivering asset management opportunities
* Building solid relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
* Producing clear, accurate reports
* Supporting and helping develop junior members of the team
What They're Looking For
* Ideally MRICS qualified with solid commercial property management experience
* Open to level from Surveyor to Associate Partner or above
* Confident communicator, good with clients
* Organised, commercially minded and able to work proactively
* Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the team
* Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
* Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
* Full‑time, Monday-Friday
* Flexible/agile working available
