They have partnered with us exclusively to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team on permanent basis. You'll be joining a dedicated HR team to manage the full recruitment function and will be based from the head office in Ilford. The Role: As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process across the business, ensuring the attraction and hiring of high-quality care and support staff in line with CQC standards and organisational values.
