Creative Support is a non‑profit organisation that provides high‑quality person‑centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health, and other needs. Our supported‑living services in Leeds offer support to adults on the autistic spectrum.
We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic Relief Support Workers who are well‑motivated, hardworking, and keen to join our friendly team. You will provide person‑centred care and support to tenants, ensuring they take part in all aspects of daily life and enjoy a wide range of activities. You will demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support, possess positive communication and engagement skills, and work within a positive behaviour support framework. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care and support to tenants in supported living accommodation.
* Facilitate participation in daily activities and promote independence.
* Practice positive communication and engagement with residents.
* Follow agreed guidelines and support plans within a positive behaviour support framework.
* Maintain a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos and accept responsibility for continuous improvement.
