Working Full Time: 37.5 hours per week / Part time hours also available.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Clerical Officer to support the Therapies and Integrated Care Division.
The role is based within the Community Response Hubs at Tarporley War Memorial Hospital, Fountains Medical Center, or Custom House in Ellesmere Port. The Hub operates 7 days a week 8am-8pm.
The position reports to a Team Coordinator and involves liaising with colleagues within COCH and/or CWP, external NHS organisations, other agencies, patients and families.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day administration of the Community Response Hub.
* Respond to telephone enquiries from team members, professionals, patients, and families.
* Order equipment and conduct procurement.
* Prepare documents, flow charts, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
* Support the overall administrative service within the Hub.
Qualifications
* Professional and pleasant manner at all times, enthusiastic about the NHS@Home directorate.
* Good communication and strong organisational skills.
* Initiative and common sense.
* Proficiency in Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and drawing flow charts.
* Experience with EPR and EMIS is an advantage; full training will be provided if not previously used.
