Join a dynamic organisation in Luton as a Finance Team Leader on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will play a key role in managing the finance function and supporting operational efficiency.
Your new role
As Finance Team Leader, you will oversee the finance department and ensure all deadlines are met. You will manage a small team and take responsibility for a wide range of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the finance department and manage daily operations.
2. Maintain ledgers and assist with postings in SAP.
3. Manage bank accounts and ensure timely supplier payments.
4. Prepare VAT returns and other HMRC submissions.
5. Manage asset register and staff expenses.
6. Run credit checks and set payment terms.
7. Overseepany fleet and insurance renewals.
8. Prepare annual P11D and PSA submissions.
9. Handle queries and provide support to staff.
What you'll need to succeed
10. AAT Qualified or similar.
11. 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
12. Good Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
13. Experience using SAP.
