Teamwork Partnership is currently recruting experienced National Transport Manager for one of the clients to be responsible for the Transport operation from both a strategic leadership of the department but also the day to day, making best use of the team and resources to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of expectations.
The right candidate should have the following:
* A strong people manager, you will possess proven ability to listen to and influence peer group and department team members to build and lead effective working teams.
* Possessing strong working knowledge of transport legislation and logistics, you will be confident guiding, coaching and managing a Fleet Team.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve the department.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* IT literate.
* Financial knowledge covering budget forecasting.
* CPC Qualified
