Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) is seeking a Value Streams Portfolio Co-ordinator to support and drive the value stream team in delivering key outputs to meet organizational goals. This role involves maintaining governance and control of value stream processes, facilitating communication across departments, and supporting project and engineering teams with business tools and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage meeting cadences and ensure timely, high-quality information sharing.
* Evaluate and improve PCS Value Stream processes continuously.
* Support departmental activities such as project support, bid coordination, and resource planning.
* Assist projects and engineering teams with business tools and ERP system data to enhance decision-making.
* Foster a positive work culture and communicate effectively at all levels.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Exceptional communication skills for engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Experience with cost engineering, planning, and contracts administration.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and analyze data linkages.
* Problem-solving skills to assess performance and recommend improvements.
* Proactive, logical, and determined work approach.
* Ability to work with dispersed teams and deliver results promptly.
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint) and MS Project.
