Pinewood School seeks to appoint an outstanding Deputy Head for September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join our thriving Prep School on the Senior Leadership Team helping drive academic excellence and deliver superb pastoral care.
Pinewood School is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside on the border between Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and offers a quality, family‑based, co‑educational day and boarding environment for over 400 children aged 3‑13.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding and committed Deputy Head who can demonstrate an enthusiastic and imaginative approach to teaching and learning and has the ability to quickly build excellent relationships with parents, pupils, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive academic excellence across the school.
* Deliver superb pastoral care and support for students.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, pupils, and staff.
* Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team in strategic planning and school improvement.
