Responsibilities
As Warehouse & Logistics Team Manager at our Distribution site, you will engage and communicate with your team to ensure efficient operations in all areas such as goods in, pick and loading. Experience leading a fast‑paced FMCG logistics or warehouse team is required.
* Our colleagues are our priority; you will develop talent in your team through coaching and guidance.
* Set targets and review progress, creating plans to improve performance.
* Be solutions‑driven, resolving operational problems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and deliver KPIs, taking action to ensure they are met.
Qualifications
In addition to being a people‑oriented team leader who operates at pace and thinks outside the box, you must meet the following qualifications.
* 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment.
* Team management experience is desirable but not essential.
