What’s the secret ingredient behind our café’s big breakfast? Or our terrifically toasted teacake? Beyond fresh ingredients, it’s the care of our Back of House team, who prepare food, keep kitchens clean, and ensure consistent quality.
As a team member dedicated to great service, you'll ensure every dish meets our menu standards while maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. This essential role contributes to a positive daily experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and organized.
* Serving customers efficiently and with care.
* Following food safety and hygiene regulations, including maintaining records.
* Practicing FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
* Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
* Adhering to operational policies and procedures.
* Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to café standards.
* Maintaining food availability and quality.
* Knowing the café menu thoroughly and serving food as intended.
* Resolving customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
* Staying updated with business communications and initiatives.
Minimum Requirements

* Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
