Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembly and Surface Mount Machine Operator and Programmer for a full-time, on-site position based in Stourbridge. Responsibilities include operating and programming surface mount machinery, performing soldering tasks, assembling mechanical components, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting high performance and reliability standards.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Soldering and mechanical assembly techniques
* Experience operating and handling Hand Tools and Power Tools
* Strong background in Quality Control and inspecting products for compliance
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
* Familiarity with PCB assembly processes, including surface mount technology
* Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
* Previous experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment is a plus
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
