Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer to join the Shared Services team in Sheffield. This role is to support the current recruitment demands within the Trust. Initially, it is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate is £13.57 per hour for a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
The main responsibilities include screening candidates for current vacancies, arranging interviews, managing a caseload of recruitment activities, supervising others, and maintaining the Trust's systems for candidate checks. You will also handle queries related to recruitment and selection from managers, staff, and the public.
Requirements
* 2 A Levels or equivalent/higher qualification
* At least 18 months of administration experience
* Excellent computer and communication skills
* HR or Recruitment experience
