Manheim Vehicle Services is a dynamic and growing business supporting customer de-fleet operations, multiple remarketing channels, and vehicle preparation services to ensure vehicles are wholesale and retail ready. Our success relies on an agile, responsive support team capable of managing diverse customer requirements with precision and care.
As we expand, maintaining all service level agreements (SLAs) while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction is essential. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence and outstanding customer service at every stage.
Key Accountabilities
We seek a proactive, organized Operations Administrator with strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This hands-on role involves both office-based administration and on-site, outdoor activity. Physical fitness is essential, as the role includes moving across a large site, entering and driving vehicles safely, and relocating items as needed.
What You Will Be Doing
* Accurately update all relevant systems with correct vehicle records and information.
* Ensure all vehicles and items are stored securely and in designated locations.
* Support general administrative and inventory processes with ad hoc duties.
* Follow health and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
* Drive vehicles professionally, complying with site rules and safety regulations.
* Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and colleagues.
* Drive vehicles as instructed by your line manager, within your license entitlements.
* Perform quality control checks within agreed timeframes to uphold high standards.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
* Excellent communication skills for conveying information clearly.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Resilience under pressure, with attention to detail in busy environments.
* Comfort with handheld and tablet technology supporting operational processes.
* Basic computer skills, preferably familiar with CAMS.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
