Your new role
This is an exciting role that is only available due to increased business, initially you will learn how a transport office functions, the successful applicant will be using a bespoke traffic system as well as internet-based customer programmes. Booking orders, raising worksheets, dealing with customers and drivers will be a key part of the role.
Once you have mastered the basics, its time to move on to planning, the planning function is crucial to maintain the extremely high standards we offer to our customers.
