We are looking for Care Assistants / Care Professionals to join our supportive Harlow branch team, providing high-quality care to clients across the local area.

🚗 Note: Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical nature of the role.
💰 Pay & Financial Security
1. Competitive Pay: Starting from £12.21 - £12.71 per hour .(Depending on the shift)

We offer shifts to suit your lifestyle, including:
4. Morning shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
5. Evening shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
6. Sleep-in / Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available.
Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes:
7. 💧 Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support.
8. 💊 Medication Support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
9. 🍲 Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
10. 🛒 Practical Tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
11. 💬 Companionship: Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.
12. 📜 Care Planning: Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence.
