Overview
Senior Care Assistant - Nights responsible for providing person-centred care to residents, contributing to and carrying out care reviews, administering residents' medication in a safe and supportive manner, leading and participating in trips and activities, and supporting new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development. You may also be called upon to lead the home when more senior managers are not available.

What is required
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
* 48 hours per week
Day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
* Person-centred care: ensure residents receive personal care (bathing, dressing, oral care) within their preferences, promoting right to choice and independence
* Care reviews: contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure plans reflect residents’ needs
* Medication: administer residents' medication in a safe and compliant manner
* Social activity: lead and participate in trips, social engagements and activities within the home
* Leadership: support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development; may be asked to lead the home when more senior managers are not available
