Brief role description:
The Employment Advisor (Community) Midlands will support the following individuals in sourcing employment, training, vocational, and/or educational opportunities:
* Early Service Leavers (ESLs) registered on CTP FHP
* Med Discharge requiring additional employment support
* “At Risk” Employment Support Programme (ESP) Service Leavers (SLs)
* “At Risk” Core Resettlement Programme (CRP) Service Leavers (SLs)
The Employment Advisor (Community) will provide employment and job finding support, access to wider support agencies, and, when required, individual needs assessments.
