What to Expect in This Drama Teacher Role: Deliver engaging drama lessons that encourage participation and creativity. Plan and lead practical sessions focused on performance, improvisation, and confidence building. Support students in developing communication, teamwork, and self-expression skills. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Assess student progress and work closely with colleagues to support learning outcomes. Requirements for This Role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching drama is desirable. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities. A creative, confident, and professional approach to teaching.
