Job Title: Field Service Electrician – M4 / M40 Area
Our prestigious Client is a market leading provider of solutions for the printing industry.
Ideal Candidate Location: Based within the M4/M40 area – London, Birmingham, Bristol Triangle.
Role reports to Field Service Manager.
Requirements:
* Electrical engineering experience in the print industry.
* Recognised Engineering qualification: NVQ, City & Guilds, or BTEC.
* Responsibility for installing and supporting the full range of client press equipment.
* Experience working on site with small and large‑size companies, commercial and packaging printers, as well as web‑to‑print.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for multiple ongoing complex projects.
* From an operational viewpoint: install, configure, demonstrate and train customers and internal staff on the entire press product range, configuring all solutions to meet customer requirements.
* Liaise technically and advise marketing, SSG’s, service and head office staff.
* Provide consultative support for sales and advice for customers where requested.
* Investigate and analyse complaints and liaise with other business units as necessary.
