Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for project coordination and winning contracts? We're looking for a Tender Coordinator to manage the full tender process from opportunity identification to final submission. This is a key role in driving the growth of WH Scott Group, securing contracts in the lifting and handling solutions industry across Ireland and the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Writing tenders and developing strategies around tender submissions
* Actively searching and tracking new tender opportunities with the team
* Ensuring correct industry codes are used for relevant tender alerts
* Managing access and credentials for all tender portals
* Finalising all bids, leveraging your experience
* Preparing the final presentation of tenders
* Managing a team working in this area within the group
* Communicating new tenders to relevant business partners for approval
* Reviewing all tender documents in SharePoint before submission
* Overseeing the entire submission process, ensuring compliance with all requirements
Project Coordination
* Overseeing our tender project management tracker to assign tasks and set deadlines
* Collaborating with different departments to gather necessary information
* Ensuring timely and high-quality submission of all tenders
Documentation & Compliance
* Maintaining up-to-date company documentation for tenders
* Keeping a database of standard responses and updating as needed
Bid Preparation & Submission
* Working with technical teams to create competitive, high-quality bids
* Proofreading, quality-checking, and submitting tenders on time
Stakeholder Communication
* Keeping the Marketing Manager, CEO, and key stakeholders updated on tender progress
* Conducting post-tender debriefs to improve future bids
Experience: Minimum 4 years in tender coordination, ideally in engineering or construction
Skills:
* Strong organisational & project management abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Knowledge of public procurement processes in Ireland & the UK
* Experience in the lifting & handling equipment industry
