The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional well-being Encourage independence and confidence through supportive and creative approaches Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and differentiated learning tasks What We’re Looking For: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who have supported children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs Compassionate, patient, and adaptable individuals Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach A genuine passion for helping children thrive and reach their full potential Relevant qualifications or experience within education (desirable) Why Join Us?
