We’re looking for a confident, design-aware Sales Consultant to join a luxury kitchen & appliance showroom in Altrincham. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with discerning clients, appreciates great design, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
The role
* Welcoming and engaging showroom visitors
* Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand lifestyle, design preferences, and budgets
* Presenting premium kitchen appliances and design-led solutions
* Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry to final sign-off
* Preparing accurate quotations and proposals
* Working closely with designers, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
* Using CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication
* Achieving sales targets while maintaining outstanding service standards
About you
* Experience in premium or luxury sales (kitchens, interiors, furniture, or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A consultative, customer-focused approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confidence discussing design concepts and spatial layouts
* Professional, polished presentation
