Property Litigation Paralegal | Legal 500 Firm | Hybrid | £26,000–£30,000 DOE
A Chambers-ranked, Legal 500-recognised law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join its busy disputes team in the Thames Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation Paralegal, Property Disputes Paralegal, or Junior Legal Professional looking to develop within a high-quality commercial litigation environment.
The team advises commercial landlords, tenants, investors and developers on a wide range of property litigation matters, including both advisory and contentious work.
Key Responsibilities

* Commercial lease disputes and lease interpretation
* Rent arrears, service charge disputes and breach of covenant claims
* Lease renewals, termination issues and break clauses
* Dilapidations and end-of-lease obligations
* Lease assignments and ongoing tenant liability
* Co-ownership disputes and TOLATA claims
* General litigation support including drafting, bundles and case management

Your Requirements
\n
* Previous experience as a Paralegal, Litigation Assistant, or Property Paralegal
* Exposure to property or commercial litigation
* Strong drafting, organisation and communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and deadlines
* Confident using case management systems and MS Office
