Role: Head of Sales (Remote, Full-Time)
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to launch and lead our international sales function – with a primary focus on the US and EU markets. You’ll join at an early stage, help shape our offerings, close clients directly, and build out a high-performing sales team.
Location & Setup
1. Fully remote
2. Time zone flexibility (US/EU overlap ideal)
3. Full-time, long-term role
4. Reports directly to the CEO/founder’s office
Key Responsibilities
5. Develop/refine product offerings in collaboration with leadership (across influence, production, and reputation services)
6. Own the end-to-end sales pipeline: inbound, outbound, discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing
7. Hire, onboard, and manage a growing sales team
8. Independently draft client-facing materials (scripts, decks, proposals)
9. Oversee CRM systems, reporting, and performance metrics
10. Collaborate with internal content, social media, and reputation teams
Background & Experience
11. 5+ years in international B2B sales (agency, marketing, media, production, or reputation industries)
12. Proven experience building or launching a sales department from scratch
13. Experience closing complex or creative service deals ranging from $30K to $300K+
14. Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led environments with low structure
15. Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages a plus
