Ansor LLP is a London based Private Equity firm which manages three funds and has £500m AUM. Since 2020, we have acquired a significant number of companies and consolidated them under eight holding groups with four more launching but the end of 2025.

Currently the business has three partners and 12 other support staff in the team, and although small they are on track for an average of 10+ acquisitions every quarter.

We are now looking to expand our finance team by adding a Fund Finance and Reporting Associate to work with the Fund Finance and Reporting Manager and CFO on all areas of finance and compliance at Ansor.


Responsibilities

* Fund reporting and quarterly valuation processes working with portfolio company finance teams and external providers
* Fund accounting processes, annual audits and HMRC submissions across the different entities working with the fund administrators and external accountancy firms
* Maintaining and updating fund models, monitoring portfolio company M&A pipelines and financial plans
* Investment Committee processes, collecting and checking submissions and submitting to the Investment Committee for consideration
* Investor drawdowns and overseeing funds transfers to portfolio companies
* Reviewing, documenting and improving processes


The Candidate


Chartered accountant with 0-2 years post qualified experience and a wide range of experience gained during their training contract.

Someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved with a wide range of activities across both the management, fund and portfolio entities.

Interested in learning more about private equity and FCA regulated entities including a willingness for further qualifications if applicable.


Package


Attractive base salary commensurate with experience

Discretionary bonus – 15-20%
