What are we looking for?
We currently have one open position within the PR and Communications team. We are looking to recruit a recent Graduate to support the International PR and Communications team. The purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day activity of the team and to help coordinate with media consultants on a global basis.
Who will I be working with?
You will be working with the Global PR and Communications team, based in London, Paris and Boston. In addition, you will be liaising with and communicating with the ten PR agencies that we work with across our key markets. This includes (but not limited to): participating in weekly catch-up calls, distributing content, answering emails.
What will I be doing?
* Responsible for managing monthly, quarterly and annual media metrics reports/presentations for executive management team.
* Manage daily press clippings process: liaise with clippings agency to ensure timely and accurate distribution of review.
* Produce quarterly and ad-hoc press books and clip reports, distributed to executives and senior management.
* Keep abreast of current affairs and topics in the news to share ad hoc media articles on key relevant topics for the purpose of informing the team.
* Update and respond to the requests of journalists and colleagues by distributing media materials, such as Natixis IM spokespeople’s bios, pictures, fund factsheets, boilerplates etc.
* Oversee the Compliance approval of PR & Comms team materials (press releases, presentations etc), before external distribution.
* Share business updates and distribute select communications content that can be repurposed in local media.
What skills and qualifications are required for the role?
This role is suitable for candidates who are looking for work experience in an international and challenging firm, interested in global news and politics, and who are eager to learn how a financial company builds its reputation and its brand in a fast-changing environment.
You’ll learn:
* How financial PR works;
* How an international PR team manages a high number of different markets,
* And how a PR campaign is built from top to toe.
The candidate will show enthusiasm and curiosity, have exceptional organizational skills, excellent time management and the ability to work under deadlines and adapt to change.
This role will suit candidates who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in PR and/or communications, or similar, and are looking for their first role within the industry.

£35,000 per annum
26 days of holiday entitlement (plus a day off on your birthday, plus Bank Holidays)
