In this role you will receive full industry training and act as the first point of contact for out of hours escalations. You will be answering phone calls and escalating jobs where necessary to the relevant engineers, as well as keeping an eye on the system for emergencies that come in. This role would suit someone comfortable speaking to customers over the phone that is happy to do industry training, and happy working remotely over weekends with late and night shifts.
