Step into an exciting new role with a well-regarded housebuilder as their dedicated Sales Progressor, located near Bedfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding Sales Team during a key period of growth. In this position, you'll play a vital role in driving completions, guiding customers from reservation all the way through to legal completion.
Salary on offer is up to £35,000 basic + £50,000 OTE. This role is 4 days on site and 1 day remote working.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the end-to-end progression of new home sales, from reservation through to legal completion, collaborating closely with sales agents, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, providing timely updates and addressing any issues related to the conveyancing process.
* Keeping CRM systems and internal reports updated with all key sales milestones, including invoicing, payments, and regular progress tracking.
* Applying your conveyancing knowledge to anticipate and resolve potential delays, keeping fall-throughs to a minimum.
* Working proactively to ensure swift contract exchanges, maintaining momentum and a smooth customer experience.

* With strong multitasking skills, you can manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
* You're confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
* A strong communicator, you know how to adapt your tone and approach when speaking with clients, legal professionals, or team members.
