Operations Manager UK (Multi-Site)

We are partnering with a leading hospitality brand to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance and service delivery across 10 premium hospitality sites nationwide. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, team performance, and exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of multiple sites, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and commercial success. From team leadership and customer experience to financial oversight and stakeholder engagement, this role offers breadth, autonomy, and the chance to shape a best-in-class hospitality environment.
Proven success in managing multi-site operations
Strong commercial acumen, planning skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Degree-qualified in Hospitality Management or related field
Will have excellent skills in developing teams and driving operations
Have a proven track record of delivering profits whilst not compromising on service and standards.
Highly numerate with excellent IT skills.
High presentation standards.
Fluent in spoken and written English
