Please note this is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. To own and deliver Point of Sale (POS) fixturisation projects end‑to‑end, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across stores. The role is responsible for creating and operationally managing permanent POS stock also supporting new store and refit programmes - ensuring all stores have the right assets at the right time. The role supports the Superdrug Shopper Marketing Manager contributing to joined‑up 360 marketing plans that drive awareness and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Permanent POS and Fixturisation Owns permanent projects end-to-end from the initial project outset, creative approvals, organising quantities and allocations, range review refreshes and delivery. Following up to ensure communications to stores are clear and delivery executed as expected. This includes, but not limited to: Beauty Playground – in addition to perm POS, this will include monthly promotional POS cladding on tables and the gondola ends, liaising with brands and buyers to create this with our 3D POS agencies. Next Big Thing Category POS refreshes e.g. fragrance headers, hair colourants stripping Trending trays’ info panels quarterly updates – utilising insights from the insights team and buying to devise new copy to excite a customer and delivering this to stores. New projects determined by business requirements – these will require being able to understand asks from the outset and if needed to create something new to fit the project asks. Fixturisation – liaises with relevant teams to create creative concepts and supports landing this at stores Needs to attend quarterly director walkthrough review meetings. Working closely with 2D and various 3D agencies deliver the POS required. Stock Checks stock weekly ensuring stock levels are sufficient for stores to order and for new store openings/refits, and replenishing stock as needed within budget. Ensures promotional POS are updated and added to the list Works with DHL to ensure 3D structures are kept, maintained and refreshed as necessary. Overseeing the dummy cards process. Checks 2x allocation reports per monthly event so to ensure all new stores, refits and closures are up-to-date on these reports and all stores receive the relevant promotional POS. Budgets Ensures all projects remain within budgets and costs clearly communicated to relevant teams Raises purchase orders and all costs logged in the tracker in timely manner International Beauty Producing promotional POS per event Collating and owning permanent fixture POS for phased roll outs Supporting marketing manager with plans across the wider marketing teams to support 360 plan to drive awareness and conversion. New Stores Support team where needed, including store visits for opening and audit checks Travel may be required for new store visits and audit checks, along with supporting projects within UK. Requirements Proven experience in a fast‑paced retail environment with a strong customer‑first mindset. Experience managing; in‑store POS, merchandising, operational projects. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes. Strong attention to detail, while maintaining a clear view of overall project goals. Confident working cross‑functionally with a range of stakeholders. Experience managing budgets, purchase orders and cost trackers. Capabilities & Behaviours Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative. Strong problem‑solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and respond effectively. Curious mindset with the ability to create, improve and embed clear processes.
