Senior Electrical Project Manager
MEP Contracting / Building Services
A modern, forward-thinking and progressive M&E Contractor with a turnover of around £50m requires a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join its team to help complete a Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out project in Central London.

Roles & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Lead project delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Manage and mentor site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, providing leadership and resolving technical or site-related issues.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, attending progress meetings and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
* Oversee procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Monitor and manage budgets, variations, and project finances in collaboration with the commercial team.
* Review and approve technical submittals, design drawings, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site.
* Co-ordinate with mechanical and other disciplines to ensure smooth MEP integration across the project.
