A building materials giant that provides the "ingredients" for the UK's infrastructure is looking for a founding group of high-energy individuals to join their team in Coalville, Leicestershire.

This company has recently shifted its brand to focus on Green Tech and Sustainability, moving away from traditional carbon-heavy construction to become Net Zero and Nature Positive.


The Opportunity

We are seeking high-energy individuals to set a new strategic direction for our Internal Sales Teams. We are creating a culture that feels more like a tech start-up than a traditional corporate office. Role Overview

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be a high-impact force dedicated to capturing the high-volume, quick-turnaround small customer segment. You will laser-focus on acquiring and nurturing small contractors, specialised trades, and DIY clients who require immediate ready-mix solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

* High-Impact Acquisition: Proactively identify local small contractors and execute high-velocity outreach (calls, networking, site visits) to initiate new relationships daily.
* Drive Profitability: Expertly upsell high-value admixtures and consultatively recommend branded solutions that save customers time on-site.
* Sustainability Integration: Promote sustainable ready-mix options and educate customers on environmental benefits to drive adoption of higher-value products.
* Account Management: Take full ownership of the sales process, including rapid quoting, negotiation, and internal coordination with operations for precise delivery.
* Strategic Focus: Monitor local construction activity and competitor movements to identify under-served segments.
