Senior Finance Business Partner - £70k - Liverpool (Hybrid working)
My client is an international organisation looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to take ownership of a key residences portfolio within a growing international business.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you’ll work closely with operational and commercial leaders to drive performance, support decision‑making, and help shape the direction of a fast‑moving part of the business. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role with real visibility and the chance to make a tangible impact.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end performance analysis across multiple sites, as well as delivering clear insight to senior stakeholders on what’s driving results.
You’ll also
* Partner with operational and commercial teams on key decisions
* Build and maintain financial models to support planning and investment cases
* Produce monthly reporting and commentary on performance and risks
* Support pricing and revenue optimisation activity
* Own balance sheet integrity and support statutory reporting requirements
* Help improve systems, processes, and financial data quality
What we’re looking for
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with solid post‑qualified experience
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
* Confident business partner who can influence non‑finance stakeholders
* Clear communicator with strong analytical ability
