Role Requirements
* Experience: 1-7 years PQE with a proven track record in acting for housebuilders, promoters, developers, landowners, housing associations, and local authorities.
* Client Relationships: Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships, with contacts among leading residential development land agents.
* Technical Competence: Proficiency in handling routine transactions such as conditional and unconditional contracts, options, affordable housing transactions, and infrastructure agreements.
* Complex Transactions: Some experience with strategic land agreements, collaboration agreements, mixed-use schemes, and institutional investments.
* Knowledge: Good understanding of VAT, SDLT issues, and affordable housing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality client service and care.
* Manage financial aspects including time recording, billing, and achieving firm targets.
* Actively contribute to business development to retain and expand the client base.
* Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and continuously develop interpersonal skills.
* Ensure compliance with SRA competence standards.
Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant experience and appropriate PQE for the role.
* Strong commercial acumen and industry understanding.
* Proven financial management and case management skills.
* Proficiency with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft packages.
