Job Description
You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
* Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
* Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
* Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
* Good knowledge of our products
* Take responsibility for your designated section and station
* Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
* Receiving and processing customers’ payments
* Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
* Cleaning and sanitizing tables
* Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
* Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
* Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry is required.
* Sense of urgency.
* Yes, yes, yes mentality.
* Can do attitude.
* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
