Role Overview:
* This position is focussed on client engagement, requiring excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members to ensure a smooth client journey.
* The role involves a range of tasks, including supporting financial planning activities in collaboration with Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
* Provide personalised administrative assistance directly to your Financial Planner.
* Duties will include managing diaries, processing new business applications with necessary documentation, communicating with providers, and upholding high standards of service.
* Engage in various project tasks as they become available.
* Suitable for both seasoned IFA Administrators and recent graduates with relevant Financial Services experience from internships or academic placements.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
* Extensive training and mentorship will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.
