Role Overview
The Internal Account Manager will have responsibility for managing relationships and projects with our existing Private Label customers within the Pet Specialist sector.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration to work alongside other teams in the business to deliver each project to the standards required by our customers.
Role Responsibilities include:
* Managing key private label customers
* Maintaining and building strong relationships by telephone, email and occasionally face to face.
* Negotiate quotes and pricing.
* Handle contracts and tenders.
* Manage profitability.
* Work with cross functional teams to meet customer service level agreements and agreed business objectives.
* Prepare regular sales reports.
* Action and resolve all customer queries and complaints and ensure we are working to the agreed service levels.
* This role will requires time on site at least 3 days per week, however 2 days can be worked from home per week.

1. Experience gained from a Sales Support/Internal Account Manager role, ideally from a FMCG/Manufacturing background.
