Depot General Manager - Hayes

We are seeking a General Manager to lead and motivate one of our largest teams at the Hayes Operations Centre, enhancing delivery and customer service across all product lines within our Hygiene Division.

If you possess the ability to oversee all operations and manage commercial matters without compromising health and safety, people, quality, and service standards, this role may be suitable for you!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Lead, motivate, and inspire the Operations Centre team, serving as an effective role model.
* Create an environment that promotes employee engagement aligned with company values.
* Utilize management information to improve operational efficiency.
* Plan resources effectively to increase utilization and exceed budget while meeting KPIs across all product lines.
* Manage performance standards and ensure team responsibilities are met.
* Ensure all staff are trained, supported, and encouraged to develop.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures, and review performance metrics regularly.
* Maintain health and safety compliance, including staff training and legislation adherence.
* Conduct quality audits to ensure policy compliance.
* Support the front-line team in lead generation and customer feedback processes.
* Maintain high standards of product and service quality, demonstrating pride in phs.
* Prioritize customer respect and value for money.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Manager CPC (essential)
* Valid driving license (essential)
* COTC qualification (desirable)
* NEBOSH Managing Safety or equivalent (essential)
* Recognized Management qualification (desirable)

Additional info: A criminal record check via an enhanced DBS is required due to the nature of the role.
