We're working exclusively with a highly regarded, growing Financial Advisory and Wealth Management firm in Bromsgrove that is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their Customer Care Team.
In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for clients, helping to ensure a high-quality service experience, and supporting the firm's complaint handling and feedback processes. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in technical administration, paraplanning, complaints, or compliance within an IFA or wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve client queries and concerns in a professional, timely manner
* Support the complaint handling process, from investigation to resolution
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* Keep accurate client records and produce high-quality written reports
* Stay updated on industry regulations and apply them in day-to-day client support
* Contribute to internal feedback reviews and service improvements
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in an IFA, wealth management, or financial advice business
* Background in complaints, compliance, or technical client support
* Strong written communication and report-writing skills
* Ideally working towards or already holding the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
* A client-first mindset and high attention to detail
