Regional Accountant – London and Southern Region

As an integral part of the overall Regional team, you will report to the Regional Finance Director and will have regular contact with the Regional Managing Director. You will be part of the team responsible for providing and analysing both financial and non-financial information to support the control and management of the Region’s 6 divisions. You will support the London and Southern Regional Financial Controllers in helping monitor regional results, budgets and forecasts along with providing and consolidating information and answering enquiries for our Group Management.
What you'll need?
To be successful in the role, we are looking for a newly qualified or part qualified accountant, ideally with experience within the housebuilding industry, you will need to be computer literate and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to remain organized, have an inquisitive approach and think on your feet in a fast moving multi-tasking environment is essential. As part of your role you will need to be able to establish working relationships across all the divisions in the Region and with Group personnel relying on the Region’s reports. This role can be based at one of our divisions within the region, although travel to the 5 other divisions in the Region may also be required.
