We're proud of our reputation for excellent customer service and are now looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Care team.
Shift Patterns:
Full time / Part time available
Part time
20+ hours per week Flexible lunch-cover shifts across Monday to Friday, examples including:
* 10am–3pm
* 11am–4pm
* 12pm–5pm
we would also welcome people looking for weekend work too
Full time
40 hours per week | Monday–Friday within operational hours (open hours 08:00 - 17:30)
* Flex; option to include weekend shifts for those who prefer additional flexibility if you would prefer, happy to discuss a pattern that works for you...
* Pay; £12.71 per hour
* Location: office in Diss, Hybrid working available following initial training - based on maintaining performance (No fully Remote Options)

What you'll be doing
* Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment - this is the core part of the role.
* Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
* Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
* Accurately updating multiple IT systems
* Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
What we're looking for
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, customer-first mindset able to handle back to back nature of the role
* Reliability and flexibility regarding working patterns
