Role Insight Following significant growth, we are recruiting for an experienced People & HR Coordinator to take ownership of key HR processes across the business to include recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management across multiple sites, including Northampton and Milton Keynes. This is a key role within our team, and we are looking for someone who will actively embrace and embody our values and culture in everything they do. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can operate with a high level of independence, supporting managers and employees while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and well-structured. You will be supported by external HR and legal advisors ( Citation ), providing access to expert guidance and resources where required. Role Details Working Hours: Flexible Part-time | 25 hours per week (flexible working hours, to be agreed with the successful candidate). Location: Head Office - Northampton NN1 Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end Act as first point of contact for HR queries across the business Support the full employee lifecycle (starters, changes, leavers) Liaise with payroll and assist in resolving queries Maintain accurate and compliant employee records Support managers with day-to-day people matters Assist in improving HR systems, processes, and documentation as the business grows Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Assist with reporting, data tracking, and HR administration where required About You Proven experience in an HR coordination or advisory role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with the ability to engage across all levels High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working across multiple sites Keen to grow and develop within a scaling organisation Desirable Experience within care, healthcare, or multi-site environments Exposure to payroll processes Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems What We Offer Flexible, family-friendly working hours (ideal for school runs) Hybrid working across office, sites, and home Supportive and collaborative team environment External HR/legal support via Citation Opportunity to develop into a more senior HR role as the business grows Apply online your updated CV.
