Job Summary:
You will work in the Customer Services department supporting our people servicing our customers both on the telephone and via email.
You will process cases escalated via the Senior Executives and demonstrate your knowledge of our customer base by offering bespoke solutions to meet their waste requirements.
You will drive and support the teams to be the best at what they do You will carry out reporting activities and duties to support the needs of our managers, customers and teams. You will support the teams, guiding and coaching, being an advocate for first-time resolutions through effective listening and questioning techniques.
You will be an enthusiastic role model at all times, actively demonstrating the values we hold.
