A growing professional services firm is hiring an experienced IT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions. This IT Trainer will work closely with Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
2. Deliver onboarding & refresher training, create engaging learning materials
3. Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
4. Support users post-implementation during system changes
5. Administer and track training activities

You’ll Need:

6. Prior IT Training experience (legal sector preferential)
7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
8. Excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms
9. Knowledge of complex systems and multiple software apps
10. Passion for L&D and strong technical communication skills
11. Training certifications (desirable)
